Shipping policy

Shipping:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, All orders ship out within 5-7  business days. Weekends and Holidays excluded.  All digital files will arrive via email within 5-10 minutes of completed purchase.

 Damage products:
The Rustic Haven is not liable for any products damaged by the shipping carrier or lost during shipping. However If you received your order damaged, we need you to contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can file a claim. Please save all the packaging materials in case the shipping carrier asks for more proof for the claim. You will also need to email us photos of the outside box and the product or products for the claim to be valid.

All shipping is based on the size and weight of your package and the service you choose. We always strive to use the best shipping options for our customers,

Please double check your shipping and billing address because we will only ship to the address listed on your order. 

We use USPS or UPS for all our shipping needs. All orders are tracked for both the customer and The Rustic Havens protection.

We ship to the lower 48 US states plus Alaska & Hawaii.
