HOW TO PERSONALIZE

Please provide:

• Your chosen animal
• Sport or activity
• Name exactly as it should appear, or “No Name”
• School, team or preferred colors

A digital proof will be provided before printing. One minor revision is included, and printing will begin after the design is approved.

School and team colors can be incorporated into the design. Official school, college or professional-team logos will not be copied.
